Beckett Grading Services (BGS) is known for its detailed subgrades and black label for perfect cards.
Details
BGS uses a scale from 1 to 10 (with 10 being pristine) and provides subgrades for centering, corners, edges, and surface. A card receiving all 10 subgrades gets the coveted black label. BGS is particularly popular for modern cards and their grading is considered by many to be stricter than PSA, especially for high-end cards.
